Breakdown cover helps if your car suddenly stops working, whether that's a flat battery, a puncture, or something more serious. Depending on your level of cover, we can send help to get you moving again at the roadside or tow you to a garage if needed. There are several additional benefits available including Home Start, Overnight Accommodation, Onward Travel and accident assistance. It's important you check the details of the level of cover to ensure you choose a cover level that meets your needs. 

Breakdown cover gives you 24/7 assistance if your vehicle breaks down. We allow for 60 minutes roadside assistance to try get you on your way again, if we're unable to get you moving at the roadside we can recover your vehicle to a garage or destination of your choice, along with a number of additional benefits. 

If your car can't be fixed there and then, we'll arrange to tow your vehicle to a nearby garage. If your vehicle cannot be fixed the same day we'll recover you to a destination of your choice or if you have onward travel cover, we can help you continue your journey whilst your car gets sorted.

Our recovery team will try to fix your car on the spot and most breakdowns are sorted right there at the roadside. If it's something that needs a bit more TLC, we'll make sure your car gets safely to a garage for repair. 

Personal cover provides cover in any car whether you're the driver or passenger. Vehicle cover provides cover for a specific car no matter who's driving it. As long as the vehicle meets the terms of our policy. 

Our team can fit your spare tyre or take you to a nearby garage if a replacement's needed. However, the cost of a new tyre isn't included. It's important you always ensure you have your spare tyre in a serviceable condition, or a carry...

We have a 24 hour period from the start of your policy where you are unable to make a claim, after 24 hours you are covered in full. If you've already broken down, or in the unfortunate event you breakdown in the first 24 hours, you can still get help on a pay on use basis.
